The Zeilgalerie in Frankfurt/Main is one of Germany’s most famous retail properties. IFM Immobilien AG acquired the property in 2008 and the entire building underwent a complete revitalization by the New Year 2010/2011. According to the plans of the renowned design office 3deluxe, the entire exterior shell got a facelift through a spectacular high-tech façade. The interiors of the Zeilgalerie also were newly designed and were turned into a modern shopping world.
