Cooling units of the Zeilgalerie replaced
With a spectacular maneuver four cooling units were set - as part of the revitalization - on the roof of the Zeilgalerie.
On Saturday morning, 21 May 2011, a special picture in the sky of downtown was offered to all early birds of Frankfurt. A team, specialized in urban transportation, was able to replace four cooling units within 20 minutes on the roof of the Zeilgalerie. From a height of 100m above the ground, the experienced helicopter pilot could pick up the four machines from the floor and place them on the mounting device on the roof. The new cooling units are part of the new energy-saving concept of the Zeilgalerie.
